Full Service Planning

Full Service Planning is for the client that is overwhelmed, overworked, or just wants to relax while everything is taken care of for them. 

• Includes all of the things outlined in the month-of coordination package
• Full design consultation, coordination and execution
• A detailed budget
• Assistance with travel accommodations for out of town guests
• This packages is all-inclusive, all of your wedding planning needs from start to finish.
• Invitation design and RSVP management
• Welcome bags for out of town guests

Partial Planning

Partial Planning is for the client that has an idea of what they want and WANTS to be involved, but isn’t quite sure how to execute.

• This package is perfect if you have a vision and a design but need help putting it in motion.
• Includes all of the things outlined in the month-of coordination package
• Unlimited Venue visits
• Design tips
• Vendor Recommendations & assistance with securing vendors (I can make phone calls and e-mail vendors on your behalf to save you the time and stress of weeding through them.)
• Review of vendor contracts (all that fine print!)
• Budgeting suggestions

Month of Coordination

Month of Coordination is for the client that has the logistics and the design under control, but wants the weeks leading up to the event to be relaxing and enjoyable! "Month-of Coordination" begins 60 days out from your wedding day.

• Creating a timeline to coordinate all of your vendors
• Creating floor plans for both your ceremony and reception
• Ironing out any last minute details with you (reading through contracts, etc.)
• A scheduled sit down meeting (in addition to the initial consultation) where I can answer all of your questions, offer vendor recommendations for vendors you have not yet booked, offer tips and ideas for design, and anything else you need advice on. (This meeting can take place at any time during your planning process and does not need to be done within the 60 day window leading up to your wedding day.)
• Online software to streamline planning, communication, and all your wedding needs.
• Day-of coordination (ceremony and reception)
• Help with setup and breakdown

Hourly Consultations

Hourly Consultation is for the client that just wants a little extra help - we do venue tours, phone consultations, design consultations, you name it! We’re here to help!
